On spec, I found a local business' website whose copy I felt could use a lift.
Saratoga Commercial Real Estate's site described what they did, but was very business-centric.
I reworked the copy to make it more customer-oriented, appealing to the wants and needs of their clients and explaining what their purpose was with less jargon.
I broke up the text into sections, to make it more visually appealing and easy to read and then added a headline and subhead over what was previously empty space to capture the reader's attention.
I also incorporated a call to action button, in a different color, to help client's know where to go next on the page. "Connect with a broker" gives clients a clear, direct path to establishing a relationship with the company.
