In 2021, at the height of the pandemic, Richard decided to strike out on his own and open a solo massage practice in Bellingham, Washington.
While he had many loyal clients follow him to his new location, he found he was having filling his calendar with new clientele. Lack of visibility in his new location, as well as no online presence aside from his MassageBook profile factored into the dearth of new clients.
When he reached out to me to help him establish his social media presence through content creation and management, his goals were to help potential clients see him as a knowledgable resource for health and wellness advice, as well as a reputable and reliable massage practitioner.
My focus when building out his calendar and content has been two-fold: I am aiming to create copy and social images that drive community engagement and deliver value-added and informative content to his viewers in order to build brand awareness and loyalty.
